We have two requirements for working with Mill Market™:
You must have 40+ softwood logs or 50+ hardwood logs at a minimum.
You must have access to machinery with a 13-foot reach to load your logs onto the truck you're matched with.*
*If you don't have access to a machine, we're happy to hire someone with a machine for you.

Payment varies from load to load depending on the species, quality of the logs, how well they are prepared, and volume of the load.
For a load of 40 softwood logs, the typical payout ranges from $1,000-$2,000. For a load of 50 hardwood logs, you’ll get a typical range of $1,400-$3,000.
Each mill has a series of grades they put logs into. We negotiate prices for each grade with each of our mills. When the mill receives the logs, they assign every log a grade and measure how many board feet are in it. That determines the value.It’s a lot to keep track of, but that’s what we’re here for. All you need to worry about is prepping your logs. We’ll handle the rest.

We pay by direct deposit. We’ll pay you consistently on a schedule that works for you.
